This project includes but is not limited to construction and rehabilitation of multi-use path improvements across Carson City. The scope includes the construction of new asphalt and concrete multi-use paths as well as the crack sealing and preservation using a Type 1 Rapid Setting slurry seal on several miles of paths across Carson City. Also includes signing, striping, and landscaping. Sealed bids must be submitted in accordance with the bid documents, drawings and plans, specifications and special conditions related hereto. CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE: This is a Federal-aid contract and the requirements for such shall apply. On a Federal-aid contract, any Contractor otherwise qualified by the State of Nevada to perform such work is not required to be licensed nor to submit application for license in advance of submitting a bid or having such bid considered, provided, however, that such exception does not constitute a waiver of the State's right under its license laws to require a Contractor, determined to be a successful bidder, to be licensed to do business in the State of Nevada in connection with the award of the contract to him.
