Base Bid Description: This project will design and construct a seismic rated raised floor at the Carson City Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) Facility. The computer room shall remain in full operation throughout the replacement of the existing access flooring. Contract Time: 60 calendar days. Liquidated Damages: $308.00 per day.
