South Teachers Parking Lot Project Carson City School District (CCSD), Carson City, Nevada will receive sealed bids for the following project, identified as Carson High School South Teachers Parking Lot Project # 51-25-04. Scope of Work: . Carson High School South Teachers Parking Lot - Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision as required to for the Carson High School Staff Parking Lot Project. The construction area for the project is limited to the parking area along Saliman Road at the southern side of the school outside of fenced area. This area is for staff parking and shown on the improvement plans. Work includes the following scope of work: grind out existing striping, clean up of existing grindings located within project area, slurry seal 95,000 +/- of existing parking areas, and restriping as detailed out on the improvement plans and geotechnical report. Scope of Work: SEELIGER ELEMENTARY PLAYGROUND - Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision as required for the Seeliger Elementary School Playground Area Project. The construction area for the project is limited to the playground area located within the fenced area behind the school building as shown on the improvement plans. Work includes the following scope of work: grind out existing playground striping, slurry seal 105,000 +/- of existing pavement area, and restriping playground striping as detailed out on the improvement plans and geotechnical report The Construction Cost Estimate is $245,000.00. Prevailing Wages must be paid on this project. See requirements regarding prevailing wage reporting in Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) Section 338.070. A representative from each potential General Contractor must be in attendance and sign-in to be eligible to bid. Firms interested in submitting a bid in response to the Invitation to Bid must meet the requirements of NRS 338 as it relates to eligible bidders which include, but are not limited to the following requirements: be licensed as a contractor with appropriate license limit and class, be qualified to bid on public works projects (as qualified by the State of Nevada Public Works Division), have appropriate bonding limit and levels of insurance to, at a minimum, cover the total cost of construction.
