The Dodgee County School District is seeking a Construction Manager (CM) for the athletic renovations and upgrades. This is a 3-part project. Project 1: Concession Stand and Bathrooms located at the present football stadium, Project 2: Field House at Existing Football Stadium and Project 3: GHSA-Compliant 8-Lane Competition Track. The Board of Education may request clarification relative to qualifications submitted and reserve the right to ask for additional information from all parties having submitted qualifications. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all Request for Qualifications and to waive technicalities and formalities. The Owner is requesting interested firms to submit their proposals and provide preconstruction and construction services for the Scope of Work: Scope of Work The selected firm will be responsible for the following: 1. Project 1: Concession Stand and Bathrooms located at the present football stadium o Design or adapt plans (if available) for a new concession stand with bathrooms. o Ensure the structure meets all building codes and ADA compliance. o Oversee construction to ensure timely and on-budget delivery. o Manage all construction activities, ensuring safety and compliance with standards. 2. Project 2: Field House at Existing Football Stadium o Design or adapt plans (if available) for the new field house to be constructed at the football stadium. o Include provisions for locker rooms, storage, and other necessary facilities. o Oversee construction to ensure timely and on-budget delivery. o Manage all construction activities, ensuring safety and compliance with standards. 3. Project 3: GHSA-Compliant 8-Lane Competition Track o Design a GHSA-compliant, 8-lane competition track with a rubberized surface. o Coordinate site preparation, drainage, and material selection to meet competition standards. o Oversee all phases of construction, including testing of track surfaces to ensure performance standards.
