Renovation of an educational facility in Lake Worth Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The purpose and intent are to replace (8) Mechanical AHUs, Control Valves, Exhaust Fans, VAV boxes, and associated equipment and systems currently in service in the Technology Center Building (TC-117) at the Lake Worth campus. Existing mechanical rooms and adjacent spaces will be reconfigured to allow for the removal and installation of the new equipment and supporting infrastructure. Selective wall and concrete pad demolition, structural beam steel plate reinforcement, GWB walls, interior paint, new fire alarm devices, and light fixture reconfiguration will be required. Project Location: 4200 S Congress Ave Technological Center - Lake Worth Beach, FL 33461. LEBOLO reserves the right to reject any or all bids & waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids, & to re-advertise for bids for any reason. All costs incurred by bidders in preparing a proposal shall be the sole responsibility of the bidder.
