Reference Number 0000366875 Bid Intent Not Available Job Location: Gypsum, CO The Town of Gypsum (Town) is seeking qualified contracting firms to rehabilitate the existing Saddle Ridge Water Storage Tank to address settlement issues around the common inlet/outlet pipe. The Saddle Ridge water storage tank is accessed via a locked dirt access road from Buckhorn Valley Boulevard just north of McHatten Creek in Gypsum, Colorado - Figure 1. Rehabilitation efforts include providing 12,000 gallons of pressurized temporary water storage, installation of a door sheet, removal and replacement of existing floor plate, installation of clean sand, modifications to the existing common inlet/outlet pipe, welding, surface preparation and coatings on the interior and exterior, radiograph testing, and disinfection. The Work will begin no later than November 13, 2024. Work will be substantially complete on or before January 8, 2025, and completed and ready for final payment on or before December 31, 2025.
