Reference Number 0000423903 The Town of Gypsum (Town) is seeking qualified contractors to rehabilitate the existing Saddle Ridge Water Storage Tank, including replacement of deflected roof framing and roof plates, rehabilitation of deteriorated coating systems, and improvements to venting and access. The Saddle Ridge Water Tank is accessed via a locked dirt access road from Buckhorn Valley Boulevard just north of McHatten Creek in Gypsum, Colorado. Rehabilitation efforts include provision of 12,000 gallons of pressurized temporary water storage, installation of floor plate repairs, removal and replacement of the roof framing and roof plates, removal and replacement of the overflow weir, removal and replacement of the existing roof access hatch and vent, installation of new roof handrails, installation of a new solar powered impressed current cathodic protection system, surface preparation and application of interior and exterior coating systems, radiographic testing, and disinfection.
