Bid Intent Not Available The Town of Gypsum (Town) is seeking proposals to provide professional engineering design services to complete a USDOT Safe Streets for All (SS4A) Comprehensive Safety Action Plan in Gypsum, Colorado. The scope of the proposal is to provide a comprehensive safety plan which aims to reduce and eliminate serious injury and fatal crashes affecting all roadway users. This Action Plan will use data analysis to characterize roadway safety problems and develop a strategy to prioritize projects that address the most safety risks. Proposals shall include information regarding the company, including past projects completed in the Town of Gypsum or surrounding communities, and experience with work of a similar scope to this project. The set budget for the project is $235,000 which shall include all work to complete the Safety Action Plan including the public outreach and involvement process.
