Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Bowen Island, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 13,574-square-foot, three-story above grade, 25-unit multi-residential development.
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation from Lookout Housing and Health Society (Lookout) to provide Construction Manager (at Risk) Services for the Miller Road Community Housing Project. The project consists of a new build situated on 0.15 HA parcel of vacant land owned by the municipality of Bowen Island. Lookout is seeking to engage a Construction Manager (CM) to provide pre-construction management services. The successful proponent will be offered the first right to negotiate the role of General Contractor for the project. The General Contractor will ultimately be responsible for all work, scheduling, and costs up to the Contract Value or any approved additional expenditures.
