Site work and paving for a civil project in Dekalb, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The work to be done under this contract shall be started on or about March 24, 2025. All work under this contract shall be completed by December 11, 2025. The location of services to be performed for this contract is the Reagan Memorial Tollway (I-88) between Mile Post 91.8 and Mile Post 93.6 in DeKalb County, Illinois. The scope of the work shall consist of repairs to bridges, approach slabs and mainline pavement, removal and replacement of pavement markings and raised pavement markers, and maintenance of traffic. Bidders may be required to be pre-qualified by the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the amount of five (5%) percent of the total amount shown in the bid for the contract. The Bid Guaranty shall be in the form of an acceptable bid bond or a bank draft, certified check or cashier's check drawn on a solvent bank made payable to the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority. The Tollway reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities, or cancel the solicitation.
