Copies of original shop drawings will be provided to each bidder per request. Location Trident Technical College - Building 410; rooms 212, 214, and 216 Thornley Campus, 7000 Rivers Ave. North Charleston, SC 29406 Schedule Duration: 30 Days Scope of Work 1. Reuse existing track; clean and lubricate as required. Verify that track fastener joints are secured and aligned. 2. Replace vinyl fabric with similar product. Remove existing vinyl fabric and replace with a new vinyl coated fabric. - Vinyl coated fabric finish: FS CCC-W-408, Type II - medium, class 2 -washable and mildew resistant. - Fabric weight is a minimum of 20 Oz per 54" linear yard. Contractor to provide color samples for owner selection. - Surface burning of vinyl fabric finish: ASTM E84; Class A rated. 3. Panels should interlock without gaps. Level and plumb all panels, so there is no light visible when the panels are installed in the opening. 4. Replace all trolley assemblies with new, match existing assembly. 5. Repair or replace bottom Autoseal parts to automatically extend and retract per original design. 6. Repair or replace any damaged vertical and horizontal flexible vinyl sweep seals to "as good as new" condition to ensure sound isolation between adjacent rooms.
