The Work consists of construction of a treated wastewater effluent outfall cantilever over the bluff discharging to the lagoon in Kaktovik, Alaska, as identified in the Contract Documents. The project title/CIP number, your vendor/firm's name, the words "Bid Enclosed", bid date and name of Project Administrator must appear on the outside envelope of all bids. Bidders are responsible for the timely delivery of bids to the person and address listed above. Please be advised that the United States Post Office does not make deliveries to physical addresses.
