Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Richmond, Virginia. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified consulting engineering firms, or group of firms, for the provision of professional engineering and support services. These services are required for limited access, primary, urban, and secondary roadways, bridges, structures, and related infrastructure projects. The scope encompasses all phases of project delivery, including planning, development, pre-award, and post-award stages, specifically for the extension of the Powhite Parkway from State Route 288 to US Route 360. As of April 11, 2025, an engineer/design team has been identified.
