Questions received less than three days (72 hours) prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered Project Description: The proposed construction consists of furnishing all materials and equipment and performing all labor necessary to complete the Widening of Wilson/Elberta Road, Phase 1, (project roadway length is 0.68 miles). Work includes grading, base placement, and paving (including overlay), storm drainage, and the implementation of the erosion, sediment, and pollution control plan and comprehensive monitoring program. All work will be in accordance with the Georgia Department of Transportation standard specifications and supplemental specifications (latest edition), the Georgia Manual for Erosion and Sediment Control (latest edition), and Houston County.
