Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Santa Cruz, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a transportation facility; and transportation facility.

Plans call for a new high capacity passenger rail service and stations on 22 miles of the Santa Cruz Branch Roll Line, from the city of Santa Cruz in the north to Pajaro, just south of Watsonville. Plans also include 12 miles of Coastal Rail Segments 13-20 from Rio Del Mar Boulevard through the community of La Selva Beach and the City of Watsonville, as well as the Capitola Trestle reach (Segment 11, Phase 2). Along with the 22 miles of rail transit service, the new trail will almost complete the 32-mile Coastal Rail Trail. As of October 28, 2025, this projects concept report has just been released. A preliminary design and engineering consultant has been named, and a firm timeline for design and construction has not been announced.
