This Iowa Department of Administrative Services, alongside with the Capitol Complex facilities management, will be conduction an RFB for window related services such as repair and replacement. Contract Term The term of the contract will begin 12/11/2024 and end on 12/10/2025. The Contract may be renewed by mutual agreement of both parties for up to five (5) Years. All items listed in this Section are Bid Specifications. A successful Bidder must be able to satisfy all these specifications to be deemed a Responsible Bidder. - Repair or replace glass - Repair or replace broken seals - Repair or replace vapor seals - Caulking - Bidder will furnish all labor, tools, equipment, and vehicles required for window repair or replacement. - The Contract will be for the Capitol Complex, but will be open for other Agencies for use.
