Renovation of a laboratory facility in Richland, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
The scope of work includes selective demolition in the Physical Sciences Laboratory (PSL) Lab 526, including the removal of existing casework and countertops, removal of curtain, door and frame, removal of laser curtains and tracks, removal of fume hoods and gas bottle cabinet, and other demolition activities. Scope also includes mechanical demolition. Build back includes installation of new Lab Tables with epoxy tops, fume hoods with corrosive and flammable base cabinets, mobile tables, vacuum pot, snorkel and sink /eyewash. The SOW likewise includes the installation of new electrical and mechanical systems, piping and ductwork as depicted in the plans, installation of new lights, acoustic ceiling grid and tiles, electrical systems and circuits, wall coverings and flooring.
