The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) is soliciting proposals with the intent to award a single, Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the Design-Bid-Build (DBB) Replace/ Bldg 121 ion project at the Michael E. Debakey VA Medical Center (VAMC) 2002 Holcombe Blvd, Houston, TX 77030. This project includes the demolition of the existing Building 121, and the ion of a new replacement building in the same . The new building will be a 1-story approximately 14,977 SF building with limited site work as required to gain access to the building, including drive isles, pedestrian sidewalks, and handicap parking spaces. The proposed facility is a PRRC (Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Recovery Center) which consists of office/treatment rooms, group rooms, Occupational Therapy, and other support spaces.
