Renovation of a civil project in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work as shown on the Drawings and as described in the Specifications. The work consists of building improvements to the three building structures. The work is located the City Water Treatment Plant, 1 Comstock Street and the Weston's Mill North Pump Station adjacent to Burnet Street in New Brunswick, and includes: building repairs, electrical, heating & ventilation and architectural improvements and general construction. The work shall be completed within 180 calendar days of the Contractor's receipt of written Notice to Proceed. The Owner will tabulate the bids and any award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2.All bid security except the security of the three apparent lowest responsible bidders shall be returned, unless otherwise requested by the bidder, within ten (10) days after the opening of the bids, Sundays and holidays excepted, and the bids of the bidders whose bid security is returned shall be considered withdrawn.
