No interpretations of the meaning of the Contract Drawings, Specifications or other Contract Documents will be made to any bidder orally. Any request for interpretations shall be made in writing, addressed to Mott MacDonald, 111 Wood Avenue South, Iselin, New Jersey 08830-4112, and, to be given consideration, must be received at least twelve (12) days - Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excepted - prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. Any and all revisions, interpretations, or supplemental instructions will be in the form of written addenda to the Contract Documents which, if issued, will be distributed by Bidset who will coordinate a certificate of delivery to each entity that has received a bid package, at the respective addresses furnished for such purpose, not later than seven (7) days - Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excepted - prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. The work consists of miscellaneous improvements to the four City owned dams. The work is located the Weston's Mill Pond Dam adjacent to Burnet Street in New Brunswick, Weston's Mill Arch Dam which is approximately one-half mile northwest of Interchange 9 of the New Jersey Turnpike where Rt. 18 crosses Lawrence Brook, Farrington Dam in East Brunswick and Davidson's Mill Pond Dam, adjacent to Riva Avenue in North Brunswick and includes: site work, concrete repairs, sluice gate replacement and general construction.
