Site work for a water / sewer project in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of miscellaneous improvements to the four City owned dams. The work is located the Weston's Mill Pond Dam adjacent to Burnet Street in New Brunswick, Weston's Mill Arch Dam which is approximately one-half mile northwest of Interchange 9 of the New Jersey Turnpike where Rt. 18 crosses Lawrence Brook, Farrington Dam in East Brunswick and Davidson's Mill Pond Dam, adjacent to Riva Avenue in North Brunswick and includes: site work, concrete repairs, sluice gate replacement and general construction. The work shall be completed within 270 calendar days of the Contractor's receipt of written Notice to Proceed. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2.
