The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work as shown on the Drawings and as described in the Specifications. The work consists of the demolition of the existing 750,000 gallon elevated water storage tank and the construction of a new 1.5 MG fluted column elevated water storage tank at 19 VanDyke Avenue, New Brunswick, New Jersey. The work includes: site work, demolition, tank erection and painting and general construction. The work shall be completed within 600 calendar days of the Contractor's receipt of written Notice to Proceed.
