Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Marquette, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.

DOME WEIGHT ROOM 210 FLOORING REPLACEMENT The Project consists of: Removing and replacing the existing rubber flooring in the weight room located on the Second Floor of the Dome with new rubber flooring and a section of artificial turf. Existing rubber flooring is loose laid. The existing floor is precast concrete slabs with a 2" concrete topping. Contractor is responsible for required floor prep according to manufacturer's specifications to complete the rubber flooring and turf installation. Contractor is responsible for the disposal of the existing rubber flooring. The proposed schedule is as follows: o Week of May 5, 2025: Existing weight equipment will be removed by others. o Week of May 12, 2025: Existing walls will be painted by others. o Week of May 19, 2025: Contractor shall remove existing rubber flooring and install new rubber flooring, base and turf. o Week of June 9, 2025: New office construction will begin by others along with installation of wall graphics. o Week of June 23, 2025: New weight equipment will be installed by others. o July 3, 2025: Project completion. Floor plan and photos of the existing room are attached for reference.
