Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Alcoa, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
This is a two (2) part proposal. First part is for the Main Gym Roof. Second part is for the potential addition of the Lower Deck Roofing. The work under this contract shall be dependent upon the work schedule of the City. All work Must be completed by June 30, 2025. Building is located at 1537 Dalton St, Alcoa, TN 37701 As this is a secure facility, the City of Alcoa requests the removal/reinstallation be completed sequentially. Any questions regarding this RFP shall be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to the bid deadline. The City of Alcoa reserves the right to waive any formality in any solicitation, to reject any or all proposals, and to accept the best proposal for the City as determined by City Officials. The City also reserves the right not to enter into any contract as a result of this RFP.
