Reconstruction of an existing facility, built in 1998 and previously used as a senior living facility, that will be the future home of the Lees Chapel Treatment Center in Greensboro, NC. Scope of work to include new paint and LVT flooring throughout, miscellaneous accessories, framing and drywall repairs and new kitchen equipment. Work also includes repairs of fire suppression, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems, with replacement where needed. Exterior scope to include miscellaneous repairs and improvements. Blum Construction has a long-standing commitment to maximize minority and other HUB participation on all of our projects. There is an established 17% MWBE goal for this project.
