Cultural Arts Center Kalwall Cladding Replacement The work to be performed is located at 200 North Davie Street, Greensboro, NC 27401. The work will require the Contractor to furnish all labor and materials in accordance with the attached scope of work and specifications included in this bid package. The work to be performed is located at 200 North Davie Street, Greensboro, NC 27401. Payment will be made on the basis of 95 percent of monthly estimates and final payment made upon completion and acceptance of work. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids, except under the provisions of General Statute 143-129.1, for a period of 90 days. Any questions concerning the scope of work should be directed to: Jim Teele: James.teele@greensboro-nc.gov . The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
