Renovation of a municipal facility in Long Beach Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work covered under this project will consist of providing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to make emergency repairs of electrical facilities for the Township of Long Beach. Please note, the Successful Bidder must have two (2) full time licensed electricians on staff. A Bid Bond drawn to the order of the Township of Long Beach in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid must be submitted with the proposal as bid security, but not more than $20,000.00. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond for the amount of the total bid within ten (10) days from the date of written acceptance of his proposal. Certificates of Insurance will also be required. The Township of Long Beach hereby reserves the right to consider the bids for sixty (60) days after the receipt thereof The Township further reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any or all bids submitted, but any contract awarded will be to the lowest responsible bidder based on the lowest Total Bid Amount and to make such awards or take such action as may be in the best interest of the Township *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
