Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Long Beach Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

**As of January 29, 2025, 2024, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $1,669,531.25.** for the following project: 2025 Water Main Replacement Project - Long Beach Blvd from 44th Street to 58th Street and 55th Street: Installation of approximately 4,535 LF of 6-inch, 8-inch, 10-inch and 12-inch PVC C-900 water main piping including abandonment of existing mains; installation of approximately 690 LF of water service laterals; removal and replacement of six (6) existing hydrants; installation of approximately fifty eight (58) new gate valves of various sizes; Initial Pavement Restoration of approximately 4,352 SY and Final Pavement Restoration of approximately 9,923 SY; and all testing, disinfection, restriping, traffic control and site restoration required. Prospective Bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the job site prior to submission of BID, to familiarize themselves with site conditions. Official documents must be purchased from Owen, Little & Associates for Bid Submission. No downloaded documents will be accepted as we cannot guarantee accuracy. Bids may be submitted by mail or in person at any time prior to the time for receiving and opening the same. Bidders are required to comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. A Bid Bond drawn to the order of the Township of Long Beach in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid must be submitted with the proposal as bid security, but not more than $20,000.00. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond for the amount of the total bid within ten (10) days from the date of written acceptance of his proposal. Certificates of Insurance will also be required. The Township of Long Beach hereby reserves the right to consider the bids for sixty (60) days after the receipt thereof. The Township further reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any or all bids submitted, but any contract awarded will be to the lowest responsible bidder based on the lowest Total Bid Amount and to make such awards or take such action as may be in the best interest of the Township. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
