The Bor Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Irregularities Therein. Qualitative and Management Shall Be Sealed in Separate Envelopes. Please Include 1 Copy of the Quantitative and Management Proposals for the Technical Review Committee.
