Reference Number 0000281118 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/11/12 12:00:00 PM CST Providing equipment and labour to perform winter maintenance operations on Provincial Roads (PR) 274, 362, 491, 267, 273, and 269. The work locations are: PR 274 from 15km south of PTH 5 west to 15km south of PTH 5 East PR 273 from PTH 10 to Ukraina PR 267 from PTH 10 to PR 274 PR 491 from PR 362 to Trembowla PR 269 from PTH 10 to 3km's East of PTH 10 PR 362 from PTH 5A to PR 267 The work period will commence on approximately November 20, 2024 and conclude on approximately March 31, 2025, on every day with no days of rest. Notwithstanding the specification for Liquidated Damages, 130.5 Working Days shall be defined as the time to complete a work request as detailed below and shall apply to each request for Work. A Liquidated Damage of ONE THOUSAND ($1,000.00) dollars per calendar day will be assessed to the Contractor for Snowplowing that has not been completed within 48 hours following notification from the Contract Administrator. A Liquidated Damage of FIVE HUNDRED ($500.00) dollars per calendar day will be assessed to the Contractor for Hourly Work that has not been commenced within 4 hours following notification from the Area Works Supervisor or their delegate.
