Renovation of a mixed-use development in Thompson, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed Bids must have outer envelope marked as "THOMPSON PUBLIC SCHOOLS - HVAC IAQ UPGRADES."Scope of Work is included for the entire Thompson School District Campus, including the following buildings, within the district: Mary R. Fisher Elementary School, Thompson Middle School, Tourtellotte Memorial High School and Board of Education Building - Controls Only. Construction is to include all appurtenances as identified on the provided plans. The project must be completed between December 16, 2024, and December 19, 2025. This contract is subject to state set-aside and contract compliance requirements. The time period for holding Bids, where Federal approval is not required is 30 days, Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays excluded.Prevailing Wage Rates as determined by the Connecticut State Labor Commissioner as required under Section 22a-482-4(p)(3) of the CWF regulations and Section 31-53(g) of the Connecticut General Statutes as amended, apply to this project. It is the responsibility of the Contractor, before Bid opening, to request if necessary, any additional information on Minimum Wage Rates for those trades people who may be employed for the proposed Work under this Contract.
