The Work Shall Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Industry Standards, Regulatory Requirements, And District-supplied Specifications. Bids Shall Be On A Lump Sum And Unit Price Basis Per Schedule And In U.s. Dollars. Award Will Be Based Upon The Lowest Responsible Responsive Bid As Defined In Rcw 39.04. This Work Is To Be Performed In Two Phases Over Two Maintenance Seasons. All Work Related To This Contract Must Be Completed On Or Before March 9, 2025 For Phase 1 And March 8, 2026 For Phase A Representative Of Each Bidder Is Required To Attend. Bidder's Failure To Attend Mandatory Site Visit And Perform Onsite Inspection For Field Conditions Will Subject Bid To Being Declared Non-responsive. Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied By A Bid Security In The Form Of A Certified Bank Or Cashier's Check Or Bid Bond On The Provided District Form And In An Amount Equal To At Least 5% Of The Amount Of Such Bid. All Bid Proposals Must Be On The Form Provided And If Successful Bidder Fails To Enter Into The Contract Within The Time Specified In The Specifications, The Bid Proposal Deposit Shall Be Forfeited. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required To Furnish The Additional Bond(S) Prescribed In The Bidding Documents And Be Required To Sign The Non-collusion And Debarment Affidavit & Certification Of Compliance With Wage Payment Statutes Form As Found In The Bidding Documents. In Order To Submit A Bid On Public Work, Bidders And Their Subcontractors Shall Hold Such Licenses And Registrations As Required By State Statutes And Codes And Federal And Local Laws And Regulations. Bidders Will Be Required To Comply With State Of Washington Rcw 39.30.060 Relating To Identification Of Subcontractors. The District Reserves The Right To Reject Any Or All Bids And To Waive Any Irregularities As Informalities.
