Project Number/name: Main Lift Station Rehabilitation Project Location: St. Bernard Port Chalmette Terminal Chalmette, Louisiana 70043 Type Of Work: Main Lift Station Rehabilitation License Classification Municipal & Public Works Construction Contractors Desiring To Bid Shall Submit To The St. Bernard Port, With Their Request For Plans, Evidence That They Hold A State License Of Proper Classification And In Full Force And Effect. Bids Shall Be Accompanied With A Certified Check, Cashiers Check, Or Bid Bond With Power Of Attorney (Money Orders Or Letters Of Credit Will Not Be Accepted) In The Amount Not Less Than 5% Made Payable To The St. Bernard Port, Harbor And Terminal District. Failure To Do So Will Result In The Bid Being Declared Irregular And Shall Be Cause For Rejection. If Someone Other Than A Corporate Officer Signs For The Bidder/contractor, A Copy Of A Corporate Resolution Or Other Signature Authorization Shall Be Required For Submission Of Bid. Failure To Include A Copy Of The Appropriate Signature Authorization, If Required, May Result In The Rejection Of The Bid Unless Bidder Has Complied With La R.s. 38:2212(A)(1 )(C) Or La R.s. 38:2212(0). A Bid Will Be Considered Responsive If It Conforms In All Respects With The Conditions And Requirements Of The Bidding Documents.
