Establish a contract with one or more qualified contractors to purchase, install, and repair, and replace manual and motorized horizontal and vertical blinds, shades, motorized shade systems to include electrical components, devices, and accessories for all window treatments and motorized shade systems, window film, and all necessary skilled labor, supervision, tools, materials and equipment to install, provide on-call repair and replacement services, assemble and disassemble manual and motorized blinds, shades and motorized roller shade systems on an as needed basis for Northern Virginia Community College. Northern Virginia Community College has six campus locations: Alexandria, Annandale, Loudoun, Manassas, Springfield - Medical Education Campus, and Woodbridge.
