If there is a lapse in Government funding, the solicitation due date may be extended via amendment once the Government funding bill has been passed. The 773d Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) requires dryer vent duct cleaning service on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson - Elmendorf (JBER-E), Alaska. The successful contractor shall provide all items and non-personal services to include but not limited to management, personnel (IAW DFARS 252.222-7000, Restrictions on Employment of Personnel), equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, management, and labor necessary to perform annual and semi-annual dryer vent cleaning services on JBER-E. All services must be performed in accordance with (IAW) manufacturer's recommendations, National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA), Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) codes, commercial practices, local, state, federal regulations for the current workload estimate of 731 dryer vents to be cleaned and serviced. Any questions/inquiries shall be directed to the POCs listed below IN WRITING to the email addresses maureen.badey.1@us.af.mil and brian.chambers.5@us.af.mil no later than 2:00 p.m. (AKDT) on March 25, 2025. All questions will be posted and answered by amendment following this date.
