Project Description: Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals or firms (Offeror) to conduct a comprehensive Alaska Housing Assessment containing a sub-report specifically addressing housing for senior Alaskans and persons with disabilities. This initiative is aimed at understanding and addressing the current and future housing needs of residents across the State of Alaska. We invite you to submit a proposal outlining your approach, methodology, and relevant experience to undertake this critical project. Contract term for this agreement shall be for one (1) year after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. "Minor Informalities" means matters of form rather than substance which are evident from the submittal, or are insignificant matters that have a negligible effect on price, quantity, quality, delivery, or contractual conditions and can be waived or corrected without prejudice to other Offerors. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
