**As of February 20,2025, This project has been awarded to Optima RPM, Inc., with the awarded amount of $3,189,616.84.** The Contractor's license required in the performance of this Contract is Class A or Class B. Copy of Contractor s license is to be provided with bid submittal. Contractor is hereby notified that this project is a public works and is subject to Federal and/or State prevailing wage guidelines as referenced in the Wage Guideline sections of the Contract Specifications Where both Federal and State Guidelines are listed, the greater of the two (2) listed general prevailing wages shall apply. Principal Contractor and all subcontractors are required to pay their laborers and mechanics employed under this Contract a wage not less than the wage applicable for their work classification, as specified in the wage guidelines contained.
