Renovation of a water / sewer project in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Jones Island Water Reclamation Facility Bldg. 258 Main Recycle Bucket Elevator #2 Repairs Bid packages for furnishing all plant labor, equipment, materials and performing all work necessary for this project. Bid results may be publicly viewed, Monday, December 2, 2024 no later than 2:30 p.m., electronically, or the Veolia Procurement Office, 1st Floor, Maintenance Building #280, located at the Jones Island Water Reclamation Facility, 700 East Jones Street, Milwaukee, WI 53207. Questions pertaining to the proposed work should be directed to Christopher Bocciardi, (414) 217 1568. The project contemplated herein consists of the Contractor replacing the belt and replacing other ancillary components. All contractor and subcontractor employees shall obtain specific site plant safety training from Veolia Water prior to working on the site. Veolia Water will offer a total of two one-hour training sessions to the contractor and any subcontractors. The Contractor shall adhere to all Veolia Water safety policy and procedures. The time for completion of the Contract shall be ninety (90) days from the date of Notice to Proceed. It is important for Bidders to note that time of completion of the work under this Contract is material to its performance. Veolia Water reserves the right to reject all Bids or any Bid or Bids not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Contract Documents and to waive any informalities or deficiencies in any Bid to the extent that informality or deficiency is immaterial and promptly cured. Veolia Water further reserves its rights to postpone the award of the Contract for a period of time not exceeding forty five (45) days from the bid opening date. Bids shall remain firm and may not be withdrawn during this forty five (45) day period.
