**As of January 14, 2025, this project has been awarded to XL Construction, awarded amount not available.** SCOPE OF WORK: The scope of work is generally described as, but not limited to: Preparing the site for installation of four (4) new classroom buildings on the existing campus. The basis of the design for the buildings are per the District’s sole source, Timber-Quest, a DSA pre-check (PC), and prefabricated building system design.
