Estimate cost is $16M. Scope of work : The scope of work is generally described as, but not limited to: Preparing the site for installation of four (4) new classroom buildings on the existing campus. The basis of the design for the buildings are per the District's sole source, Timber-Quest, a DSA pre-check (PC), and prefabricated building system design. Please include: * Clearing & grubbing, demolishing & disposing of site concrete/asphalt * Demolishing & removing/relocating existing utilities * New infrastructure for the new buildings (including sewer, storm, electrical, water and irrigation) * Assembly of four (4) one-story pre-fabricated building systems including building pads * Installation of new fabric shade structure * Site preparation & installation of new parking lot * Site preparation & installation of tennis courts and basketball courts including chain-link fencing and site lighting This Project is Subject To Labor Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement by the Dir.
