D7 Roofing Services, Inc. hereby proposes to furnish labor, equipment and materials, taxes and fees as required, for the following scope of work: A. At the upper Gym Main roof, we will vacuum the existing gravel from the roof and dispose of it offsite. B. Supply and install new Polyurea Hybrid Base coating at Two gallons per square over the entire gym roof. C. Supply and install new Polyurea Hybrid Top coating at Two gallons per square over the new base coating. D. Upon completlon provide a Manufacture's 20-year system warranty. E. D7 will provide a two (2) year workmanship warranty. F. This proposal includes Prevailing wages. Roof Solutions Inc. hereby proposes to furnish all materials and perform all labor necessary for the completion of the Re-Roof located at: 2951 Markeley Lane Roof Solutions Inc: Gym 1. Prep roof for TPO overlay. 2. Install 1.75" ISO insulation. Mechanically attach with screws and plates. 3. Mechanically fasten one layer of TPO 60 mil. White 4. Wrap TPO interior walls and terminate at perimeter edge with TPO clad metal. 2x4 White. 5. Wrap TPO up perimeter parapet walls and terminate under new custom galvanized cap metal. 6. Reuse existing drains with cage. New drains can be installed at T&M rates. 7. Install fasteners at each lap 12" on center and heat weld all seams. 8. Install prefabricated T-Joint patches on all seam intersections. 9. Install new prefabricated or field fabricated TPO flashings at all roof penetration locations. 10. Flash roof drains and scuppers as needed. 11. Clean-up and haul away all work-related debris. 12 Price includes taxes, licenses, permit, and loading of material. 13. Price includes 10-year workmanship warranty.
