The Last Day to Submit Questions the Project This Project Consists of the Ozone Equipment Upgrade for the River Mountains Water Treatment Facility (Rmwtf), With the Owner Being the Southern Nevada Water Authority ("owner"). Cdm Was Selected by the Owner as the Design Engineer of Record ("engineer). Contractor Must Ensure Complete Compatibility With Daily Plant Operations and Associated Work Schedules. in Order to Participate, All Venders Must First Register as a Potential Bidder and Sign Nda With Mwh. An Award May Be Made to the Overall Best Value Responsive Bidder. The Award is Subject to the Final Approval of Owner and Engineer. Selection Will Be Made Based on the Following Criteria: 1. Price. Price for the Work as Set Forth in the Rfp Documents. 2. Adherence. Compliance With the Bidding Documents. 3. Schedule. Compliance With the Attached Construction Schedule. Until the Final Award of This Project, Mwh Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, Retract and, if Necessary, Re Advertise This Request for Proposal Without Explanation, Including Waiving Any Informalities Therein. the Work the Work Which is the Subject of This Rfp Consists of the Scope of Work More Fully Described in Exhibit C - Scope of Work Document Will Be Provided Through online With Attachments Listed Therein. Mwh Constructors (Mwhc) Was Selected as the Construction Manager at-risk (Cmar) for This Project. The Work of This Project Involves Improvements to the Ozone System, Including the Oxygen Generation System and Bromate Control Chemicals, at Both Facilities. The Existing Facility Will Be Maintained in Continuous Operation by the Owner at All Times During the Entire Construction Period, Except for Periods Specifically Delineated Within This Section. The Contractor Must Schedule and Conduct the Work Such That It Will Not Impede Any Part of the Treatment Process, Create Potential Hazards to Operating Equipment and/or Personnel, Reduce the Quality of the Plant Finished Water, Liquid Residuals Hauling Operations, Cause Treatment Process Upsets, or Cause Odor or Other Nuisance. It Shall Be the Contractor's Responsibility to Ensure Complete Compatibility With the Facility Operations in His Working Schedules and Sequenced Construction Activities. Contractor Must Ensure Complete Compatibility With Daily Plant Operations and Associated Work Schedules. in Order to Participate, All Venders Must First Register as a Potential Bidder and Sign Nda With Mwh. Nrs Submission Requirements This Project Will Follow Nrs338.1696 , Contract Between Construction Manager at Risk and Subcontractor to Provide Labor, Materials or Equipment on Project: Authority to Enter Into; Procedure for Awarding Subcontracts of Certain Estimated Value; Substitution of Subcontractor on Such Subcontracts; Availability of Certain Information to Applicants and Public. This Project is Being Funded Through the Clean Water State Revolving Fund Program (Srf). Mwh is Requesting Subcontractors and Supplier Quotes From All Qualified/certified Dbe Subcontractors and Suppliers. In Accordance With Executive Order 12549, Contractors, Subcontractors, and Material and Service Suppliers (Including Engineers) Whose Contract is Expected to Equal or Exceed $25,000 Must Have a Duns Number and Be Registered in the Us Government System for Award Management (Sam).
