Site work for a mixed-use development in Boulder City, Nevada. Design plans call for site work for a swimming pool.
As of November 7, 2025, an engineer has been selected, and this project is in the design phase. Design is expected to completed between April 2026 and July 2026. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Engineering - Boulder City Swimming Pool Project Boulder City ("the City") is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from interested and qualified firms for architectural and engineering design services for the Swimming Pool Project, B.C. Project No. 25-1235-MC. Design shall be based on the below scope of work and attached conceptual drawings included in this Request For Statements of Qualification (RFQ). The intended delivery method for construction is Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR). The firm selected will assist the City in the selection of a CMAR at the 30% design level. The City's budget for design and construction of the project is $34,000,000. The firm selected shall be required to design the facility to meet this budget.
