Site work for a mixed-use development in Missoula, Montana. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
This project includes development of a park and trailhead for the Milwaukee Trail west across the Clark Fork River, connecting to Mullan Road. Initial development of the park area would include turf, irrigation, trees, soft surface trails and natural areas. Phase two would include a small picnic shelter and playground, as well as a trail kiosk. Currently $120K of Impact Fees is approved for this project. This project is included in the City's 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of April 9, 2025, further information regarding construction and completion timelines has not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
