Westend Farms Park is a new 26.72 acre park in the Sxtpqyen area. The parkland will be dedicated to the city via subdivision. The developer is responsible for minimal improvements to 10.5 acres of the new park to include grading, application of topsoil, installation of commercial grade irrigation system, installation of turf grass and dryland seed or sod, and installation of park trees in compliance with Section5-020.14.H of the City Subdivision Regulations. The budget shown below is for phase 1 minimal improvements as described above. Additional improvements outlined in the Westend Farms Park master plan will be installed through partnership and a finalized development agreement. This project is included in the City's 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
