Wyoming Life Resources Center Therapy Pool This is not a request for bid. The State of Wyoming is not obligated to award any contract. Project Description: The scope of the project shall include behind wall condition inspection, exterior foundation wall insulation inspection, design, cost estimating at the 95% design phase, bidding, construction administration and project closeout. This work shall include, but may not be limited to, building envelope vapor barrier and interior pool space and pool equipment and filter rooms ceiling installation, in accordance with the attached report identifying the issues in these areas. The scope of work shall also include a design to remedy Building E mechanical room congestion.
