WYDOT - HVAC Replacement, Winkleman Dome This scope of work describes the requirements of furnishing and installing all materials, equipment, appliances, facilities, and services necessary and incidental to performing all operations in connection with the sites AC unit change out project, in accordance with the contract. Disconnect electrical, and all mounting hardware from old Baird AC unit from building. Installers will be responsible for old AC unit removal and disposal. Complete Installation of new AC unit as described below. Rigging inside the new building is included in the bid. This includes electrical disconnection, connections and testing for the old AC unit and new AC unit. If a larger breaker is needed this scope includes larger wire, conduit, required fittings and all other installation material for the installation as required. All work materials, equipment, rentals, permits, and freight are to part of this bid. Any building modifications to be included in this bid for the new 5 ton unit. Ensure the wall jack and fittings will fit the HVAC units as well as that all existing hardware will work for new HVAC units as this cost is all associated to this bid.
