Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lander, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Water line work including the installation of 1,205 feet of 8-inch PVC, water service taps and curb stops, new hydrant installation, existing hydrant removal, and one 8-inch HDPE horizontal directional bores (137 feet in length) beneath US-287. Sanitary sewer work including sewer manhole installation, 317 feet of new 8-inch sewer main, removal and replacement of a 6-inch service, and one 8-inch HDPE horizontal directional bore (235 feet in length) beneath US-287. Surfacing work includes asphalt removal and asphalt paving on Macfarlane Drive, and spot replacement of sidewalk and curb and gutters. This project also includes replacement of 297 feet of 18" culvert with catch basins and lining of a drainage swale. Question Deadline 01/23/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing Strike Consulting Group Project Manager: 307-335-8466 and Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
