Reference Number 0000367558 Oakland University is soliciting bids for a centrifugal water chiller. Chiller Supplier must be able to deliver the chiller to Oakland University by March 1, 2025. Failure to deliver the chiller to the designated location by March 01, 2025, will cause a liquidate damages equal to $300 per day. These charges will be deducted from any payment made to the supplier at the time of invoicing. The supplier will deliver the chillers to the contractor yard by March 1, 2025. The supplier will provide installation instruction and work with contractor on start up the chillers. The supplier will provide a training for OU team and O&M manuals. The warranty will be one year from the date of start-up.
