Renovation of a laboratory facility in Anchorage, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
Scope of Work: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to demolish and replace the generator serving the Ecosystem Biomedical Health Laboratory and add an uninterruptible power source to the Isotope Lab to protect critical lab equipment. Location Information: Ecosystem-Biomedical Health Laboratory 3151 Alumni Drive Anchorage, AK 99508 All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond provided by a surety authorized to do business in the State of Alaska on a form provided herein, or a cashiers check. Bid security must be in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the maximum amount of the bid. Questions regarding this IFB shall be directed, in writing, to UAA Facilities Planning & Construction electronic or emailed to uaa_fpc@alaska.edu for action, include bid number and project name in email subject line.
