Working plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of 12/19/24, this project has been cancelled due to lack of funding. This is a re-solicitation of IFB #ANTHC 25-B-291808. The project schedule has been adjusted and the requirement for liquidated damages has been removed. The Project includes the following Work: Work of the Project includes rehabilitation of the Pilot Station water treatment plant (WTP) and distribution upgrades. Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: o Construction of temporary bypass of existing system o Demolition of existing treatment, heating, and distribution system piping o Construction of new chlorine room and replacement of existing chlorination equipment o Installation of new raw water heat addition system o Replacement of all existing distribution piping, meters, and instruments o Installation of new concrete pads for equipment as required o Installation of new mechanical and plumbing systems o Installation of new Owner supplied control panels (supplied and commissioned by ANTHC) o Modify existing well control panels as required (will be commissioned by ANTHC) o Installation of water storage tank level transducer and controls o Flush, pressure test, disinfect, and commission systems within the WTP, in coordination with ANTHC The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, testing, and incidentals to complete all Work required by these Specifications and as shown on the Drawings and shall have experience with constructing water treatment plant distribution systems. Estimated Cost Range: Owner anticipates that the Work's total bid price will be approximately $1,250,000 - $1,700,000. Anticipated Schedule: The Project has an expected substantial completion date of 1 September 2025 and final completion date of 1 October 2025. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
