Federal Project #:N/A IRIS Program #:CSAPT01277 The Engineers Estimate is Between $2,500,000 and $5,000,000 This state-funded contract includes all necessary design and construction services as required to replace two existing passenger boarding bridges (PBBs) located at Gates B5 and B7 in the South Terminal at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. Project Site (City, Village, etc.): Anchorage, Alaska All Proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the Proposed Price. The Bid Security shall be in the form of an acceptable Bid Bond (Section 00410), or a certified check, cashiers check or money order made payable to the State of Alaska. Bid Bonds must be accompanied by a legible Power of Attorney. Anticipated NTP Date: Substantial Completion Date: December 30, 2025 AK DOT - RFP D/B - ANC Gates B5 and B7 Passenger Boarding Bridge Replacements Design-Build *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
