Renovation of an educational facility in Anchorage, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Work that is presented in the Bid Proposal for this Contract consists of the demolition of (2) existing Hot Water heaters, (1) Hot Water Storage Tank, and Installing (3) New Intellihot iN501 On-Demand Hot Water Heaters with associated piping and electrical. Estimated Construction Cost: Between: $50,001 - $500,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Questions Due: 12:00 P.M. Local Time, November 7, 2024 Requests for interpretation or clarification of the bidding Documents shall be made in writing to the Purchasing Office (wwpur@muni.org) The Municipality reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, and to waive any informalities and irregularities in Bidding. Bidders shall accompany each Bid with a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid, if the total amount of the bid is $100,000 or more, with surety acceptable to the Municipality All work shall be completed within 180 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
